The better the quality of the original, the better the quality of the finished pet portrait. (Don’t worry, you will be given a chance to approve the final image before printing.)

#1. Take the photo in plenty of natural light.  Diffused light (bright but cloudy skies) work best.

#2. Take a close up photo.  The more area your pet takes up in a photo, the better.

#3. Try to take the photo at eye level with your pet.

#4. Use the highest resolution settings on your phone or camera.

#5. Make sure your image includes your pets entire head including ears.

#6. If you don’t have a dedicated digital camera, camera phones work quite well.

Delivery:  Please allow 5 to 10 working days from the time of your order to the time we ship out.  Transit times can take from 1 to 4 days.
