Email Privacy: Your email address is never shared with or sold to anyone.
Review Digital Proof: After completing your order, I will produce a digital portrait proof for your review and if no changes are requested and you are satisfied, I will proceed to printing & framing. Note: digital proofs cannot be used for DIY printing.
Production Time: Normally 4 to 7 business days total before shipping out. It usually takes 1 to 3 days to produce a portrait proof. After approval, it takes another 3 to 4 days to print and frame the portrait. It is then sent out by UPS. All production from creating the image to printing and framing is done in house!
Returns: In the extremely unlikely event of shipping damage or some type of physical defect, contact us immediately for instructions and I will replace the portrait at no charge to you.
Note: Portraits are well boxed and in the past several years, I have not had a single portrait damaged in shipping.
